2020 Eric Anthony Swan Valley Shiraz

VINTAGE & VINEYARD:

Sourced from old vine, low-yielding Shiraz from our estate vineyards.

WINEMAKING:

Estate-grown old vine Shiraz was hand-picked and small batch open fermented for twelve days on skins before pressing to new and one-year-old Frend oak hogsheads.

TASTING NOTES:

A generously textured shiraz that heroes the Swan Valley. Plummy fruit, with a decadent vanillin oak contribution opening on the nose. A deliciously fragrant wine offering fragrant aromatics, fleshy black fruits, and a sweet plum mid-palate with a hint of spice.
