This dry Rebellious Rosé is a blend of Shiraz, Malbec, Tempranillo & Grenache. Lifted aromatic pomegranate and rose petal notes enhance a palate of wild cherry and rhubarb.
A fruit driven, medium bodied red with black cherry and cigar box aromatics leading to a red currant and stewed rhubarb palate, enhanced with a hint of Shiraz.
This sweet white wine is made from late picked Vermentino, hand picked by Tony! A lower alcohol wine, one for the sweet tooth!
A fresh and vibrant sparkling wine with a delicate nose of apple and pear. A great sparkling to start the evening and enjoy throughout the night. While it is delicious on it's own, it's perfect when enjoyed with oysters or sashimi.

A variety well suited to the Swan Valley. Granny Smith apple, cut straw & poached pear. This Chenin Blanc can be consumed youthful and fresh or cellared for several years to develop a rich toastiness.
A blackish, brick red colour, brooding black jube, leather and oak derived spice leads to a gamey, savoury mid palate. Enhanced with a splash of Petit Verdot.

This NV Bubbles is blended from varieties well suited to the production of classic sparkling wine.
This hand picked Margaret River Riesling is bright, displaying lifted notes of lemon zest and grapefruit leading onto a palate of freshly squeezed lime juice and mineral notes supported by a fine acid backbone to ensure long cellaring potential.
A perfumed bouquet of caramel, intense raisin and toffee. Then palate displays cumquat marmalade, cloves, Christmas cake and orange zest. Matured for over twenty years in old 160lt bourbon barrels.
