A generously full flavoured varietal Verdelho displaying nectarine aromatics, lemon sherbert and honeydew melon mid palate and a long zesty citrus finish.
This wine was crafted from hand picked fruit from a low yielding vineyard in the Mount Barker sub-region of the Great Southern.
A relative newcomer to the Swan Valley, Vermentino shows a lot of promise. A textural wine displaying grapefruit, guava & tropical fruits.
A variety well suited to the Swan Valley. Granny Smith apple, cut straw & poached pear. This Chenin Blanc can be consumed youthful and fresh or cellared for several years to develop a rich toastiness.
This classic dry white style is blended from estate grown varieties well suited to the climate and region.
The cool 2004 vintage produced excellent Verdelho fruit with great varietal characters and natural acidity.
Chenin Blanc the is a variety that excels in the Swan Valley, developing ripe fruit while retaining high, natural acid levels.
Bright, punchy & pure. Lychee, nashi pear and lime juice. A lower alcohol style with natural acidity to ensure freshness and cellarability.
Barrel fermented in French oak barriques, this complex Fiano shows aromatic ginger & stonefruit, with a well structured palate of oatmeal & guava.
