This wine was crafted from hand picked fruit from a low yielding vineyard in the Mount Barker sub-region of the Great Southern.
The grapes were de-stemmed then lightly pressed to tank for a slow, cool fermentation, preserving the delicate characters of this variety.
This museum release wine shows bottle maturation characters with floral and citrus aromas and an intense lime juice flavour on the palate.
