This 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon museum release red has dark berry characters with chocolate aromas inhanced by subtle oak. Aged for 24 months in new and second use French, American and Hungarian hogshead barrels.
The palate is full with balanced acidity and soft tannins leading to a long finish. Sealed with a screw cap, this wine will remain youthful and suit long term cellaring.
