An elegant and refined Swan Valley red blend. BDX represents the five Bordeaux varietals; Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Merlot, but with a splash of the Spanish varietal Tempranillo because we like to be Rebellious!
A densely coloured, medium bodied red blend. A fragrant wine with a blackcurrant, cedar and bay leaf mid palate. Structural Cabernet Franc is supported by aromatic Petit Verdot and fleshy Malbec.
A generously full flavoured varietal Verdelho displaying nectarine aromatics, lemon sherbert and honeydew melon mid palate and a long zesty citrus finish.
100% Swan Valley Grenache, crushed red fruit aromatics, intensely flavoured, spicy mid palate supported by well integrated second use French and American oak.
A fruit driven, medium bodied red with black cherry aromatics, Turkish delight mid palate and a long lingering finish. A contemporary, elegant and well-structured wine.
This dry Rebellious Rosé is a blend of Shiraz, Malbec, Tempranillo & Grenache. Lifted aromatic pomegranate and rose petal notes enhance a palate of wild cherry and rhubarb.
A variety well suited to the Swan Valley. Granny Smith apple, cut straw & poached pear. This Chenin Blanc can be consumed youthful and fresh or cellared for several years to develop a rich toastiness.
A relative newcomer to the Swan Valley, Vermentino shows a lot of promise. A textural wine displaying grapefruit, guava & tropical fruits.
A food friendly, medium bodied red blend. A densely coloured, fragrant wine with a blackcurrant, bay leaf and cedary mid palate.
A fresh and vibrant sparkling wine with a delicate nose of apple and pear. A great sparkling to start the evening and enjoy throughout the night. While it is delicious on it's own, it's perfect when enjoyed with oysters or sashimi.
