Eric Lembo is the Owner and Director of RiverBank Estate, guiding the winery with a clear vision for quality, sustainability and the celebration of Swan Valley terroir. Since taking ownership, Eric has championed small‑batch winemaking, estate‑grown excellence and a culture that values innovation, hospitality and genuine connection.
His leadership has shaped RiverBank into a vibrant destination where premium wines, exceptional food and warm service come together, reflecting his passion for family, community and the craft of Western Australian winemaking.

Daniel Struckman, Senior Winemaker
Daniel Struckman joined RiverBank Estate as Senior Winemaker in 2025.
Daniel joined us from the acclaimed Batch Winery on Waiheke Island, New Zealand, where he spent 15 years crafting award-winning wines and transforming cellar door experiences. With a deep commitment to innovation, sustainability, and premium winemaking, Daniel brings a wealth of expertise and a fresh creative energy to our team.
From designing gravity-fed wineries and climate-adaptive vineyards to launching boutique sparkling ranges and revitalising brand portfolios, Daniel’s impact has been felt across the industry. His wines have earned top accolades — including New Zealand’s #1 Syrah, Pinot Gris, and Cabernet Franc — and his leadership has turned businesses from loss-making to thriving.
At RiverBank Estate, Daniel leads our winemaking vision into its next exciting era, blending technical mastery with a passion for storytelling, regenerative farming, and bold flavour.

Catrina Hahn, Restaurant Manager
Catrina Hahn is the Restaurant Manager at RiverBank Estate, joining the team in 2019 and progressing from full‑time wait staff to Bar Supervisor and now a key leader in our hospitality team.
With an extensive background in the industry, Cat elevates the RiverBank experience through her deep knowledge of our wines, her understanding of the Swan Valley region, and her warm, outgoing personality. Her growth within the estate reflects her dedication, professionalism, and passion for creating memorable moments for every guest who visits RiverBank.
Cat’s favourite part of working at RiverBank Estate is the people and the product — she genuinely loves her team and, most of all, the wines she gets to share with guests every day.

Frank De Jesus leads the RiverBank Estate kitchen with a blend of technical skill, creativity and a deep respect for Swan Valley produce. With extensive experience across premium dining, he brings a refined yet generous approach to food, crafting menus that celebrate seasonality and pair seamlessly with the estate’s wines.
Frank’s calm leadership, meticulous attention to detail and passion for flavour shape every plate that leaves the pass, helping define RiverBank Estate as a destination for memorable, wine‑led dining.

Pina & Tony Lembo, Owners/Directors
Pina and Tony Lembo, along with their son Eric, are the driving force behind two of the Swan Valley’s most recognisable destinations: RiverBank Estate and Caversham House. With a long history in Western Australia’s hospitality and events landscape, they have built their legacy on family values, hard work, and a deep commitment to creating places where people gather to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.
Their purchase of RiverBank Estate in 2017 marked a new chapter—one that brought their passion for food, wine, and community together under a single vision. At RiverBank, Pina and Tony play an active role in shaping the estate’s culture, championing local produce, premium winemaking, and warm, genuine hospitality. Their leadership supports every part of the business, from the vineyard and restaurant to events, trade partnerships, and the guest experience.
Together, Pina and Tony continue to guide RiverBank Estate with a focus on family, quality, and connection—values that have defined their journey and continue to shape the estate’s future.

Alexandra Carp, Wedding & Special Events Coordinator
Alexandra Carp is the Wedding & Special Events Coordinator at RiverBank Estate, bringing a wealth of hospitality and events experience to her role. She guides couples through their wedding journey with warmth, clarity and genuine care, nurturing each Bride and Groom from first enquiry to their special day.
Alex’s attention to detail, calm professionalism and natural sense of style ensure every celebration at RiverBank is beautifully executed and deeply personal.

Alison Faraone, Business Development Manager
Alison Farone is the Business Development Manager at RiverBank Estate, leading the growth of the brand across Western Australia’s liquor trade, retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors. Her role is dynamic and outward‑facing, positioning her as the key connector between RiverBank’s premium wine portfolio and the businesses that champion it.
She drives revenue by building strong relationships, opening new accounts, and promoting the estate’s wines, events, and venue experiences, reflecting the position’s core objective to “strategically grow revenue by securing new accounts, building relationships, deepening existing partnerships, and promoting RiverBank Estate’s wines, events, and hospitality offerings”.

Toni Carlino leads Marketing and Sales at RiverBank Estate, bringing a blend of strategic clarity, creative direction, and deep industry experience to the brand. She shapes the estate’s voice across all channels—crafting premium storytelling, driving export and domestic sales strategies, and elevating RiverBank’s presence across hospitality, retail, and international markets.
