FAQs
• How much does it cost to join the Two Case Club?
There is no fee to join our Two Case Club. You must simply commit to a minimum membership of 12 months which is the equivalent to two purchases of 12 bottles (24 bottles in total).
• What if I want to cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel after 12 months, you may do so easily by emailing the team at marketing@riverbankestate.com.au.
• How often will I be billed?
Your credit card will be billed twice per year, once in December and once in June before we ship your annual cases of wine. If you make any additional purchases throughout the year, you will be billed separately when placing your order.
Terms & Conditions
• Club memberships can only be cancelled after 12 months with written notice via email to marketing@riverbankestate.com.au.
• Orders do not reflect your wine club selection, regardless of the signup date.
• All purchases will be debited to your credit card on file prior to shipping in December.
• You will receive an email two weeks prior to shipment to allow you the option to make your wine selection. If you do not make your wine selection you will automatically receive the winemaker’s selection made up of 6 bottles of On The Run, 4 bottles of Rebellious and 2 bottles of Eric Anthony, to the maximum value of $280.
• RiverBank Estate Winery reserves the right to change policies and terms of the Wine Club without prior notice.
• Please note that although we aim to fulfill your request each year, the actual volumes of wines produced change due to vintage variation. In the case of a shortfall, production wines will be divided evenly, or you may be offered an alternative wine.
