Email booking confirmation with Riverbank Estate is proof of purchase to events and may be requested to be presented at the time of admission.
Tickets are non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
Refunds are available at the discretion of RiverBank Estate and will not be considered within 48 hours of the event.
RiverBank Estate reserves the right to refuse entry. Proof of age or concession card may be requested. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
As the Event Organiser hosting this event, RiverBank Estate is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact RiverBank Estate on 08 9377 1805.
RiverBank Estate has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
Gift Card T&Cs
Gift Cards are valid for a period of 36 months (3 years) from date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period. Gift Cards may be used over multiple visits.
Should the total spend be more than the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid on the day.
Should the expiry date lapse, for a small administration fee; an extension can be made (this must be done prior to the expiry date).
Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash. No change will be given on the unused portion of the Gift Card.
Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by River Bank Estate or be otherwise redeemable.
Terms are void where prohibited by law. Terms and Conditions of the Gift Card are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Loyalty Card T&Cs
Loyalty cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount cards.
Loyalty cards are issued to the person whose name appears on the application form and are not transferable to any other person(s).
To start earning credit, members must present their loyalty card to any staff member at Riverbank Estate Winery for them to swipe into our point of sale system.
Members must present their loyalty card at the beginning of every sale. Staff members will not be able to search for their details, and credit cannot be awarded after the sale is cashed through our point of sale system.
Members are not eligible to earn credit on products that are on special or already at a discounted price.
Loyalty cards can be used with any purchase within the venue. Members accrue credit every time they spend, which can be redeemed for food or liquor at RiverBank Estate Winery.
Members can check how much credit they have accrued every time their loyalty card is swiped by a staff member through our point of sale system. The till will display how much credit is accrued for that card.
Members can redeem their accrued credit to purchase a product or deduct the accrued monetary value off their bill/sale at any time. Management may also have selected promotional items which members can purchase with their accrued credit.
Loyalty cards remain the property of Riverbank Estate Winery. Any member found deliberately misusing their card or another member’s card will have it voided by management.
Lost or stolen loyalty cards must be reported to management immediately, and a new card will be issued.
By signing up as a member, the recipient of the loyalty card agrees and acknowledges that they may occasionally receive promotional material, such as special offers or important messages, from one or both of our venues.
