2020 The Unfermented

On The Run is inspired by harvest time when the grapes are pressed the juices are on the run.

WHAT IS ON THE RUN ‘THE UNFERMENTED’
When the need for a fresh and vibrant grape juice arises our On The Run ‘The Unfermented’ is perfect. Made from grapes but has zero alcohol.

PRODUCTION NOTES
Fruit for this “unfermented” offering was hand harvested, stored cool overnight before crushing and pressing to tank. Parcels of premium juice from each of our white varieties on the estate were blended and stored cool in tank. Normally, in our next stage of winemaking, we would add yeast to encourage fermentation and turn the juice into wine. Instead for it to remain a fresh, pure juice a preservative was added to inhibit fermentation so we could deliver a refreshing non-alcoholic alternative.

TASTING NOTES
An expressive nose bursting with aromas of pineapple, lemon and lime. A light, bright and refreshing palate follows with
flavours of pineapple, lime, orange and mango.
