On The Run NV Bubbles

A delightfully approachable sparkling wine that is a cellar-door favourite. Fresh, youthful aromatics of lemon zest and stone fruit enhance a palate of crisp acidity balanced with a hint of sweetness from dosage. This NV (non-vintage) sparkling wine has a small percentage of older material blended back into the base wine to add some complexity.

Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, picked early to retain the gorgeous natural acidity we all love. With parcels picked and vinified separately, and fermented cool before careful blending and bottling.

Perfect with Australian seafood or a fresh summer salad, this one is happiness in a glass!
